Migraines Blurred Vision and why

I have been getting migraines and with it migraines blurred vision for about 1 year now and i know that they are related to my depression.

I haven't found anything that helps me. My doctor told me to take Tylenol and it doesn't seem to help much. **Lately I've been experiencing blurred vision in my left eye. this is the side that i ALWAYS experience my migraines on.
